Due to the nature of our products being freshly made, small-batch skincare, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed or dispatched.

All ADORNRI products are handcrafted specifically for each batch and cannot be resold for hygiene and safety reasons. For this reason, all sales are final.

We strongly encourage customers to:

• Read product descriptions carefully

• Patch test before full use or order our sample bundle

• Reach out with any questions prior to purchasing

If your order arrives damaged due to courier handling, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and products so we can assist accordingly.
